The all pervading Divine Presence (sabh Gobind hai) – S. Inder Mohan Singh

– Vichaar November 2015

Summary

Gurbani tells us that God pervades everything, that there is nothing but God. We will look at some of the implications of this for the spiritual seeker.

  • Each of us is inherently Divine (man too jot saroop hai). The place to look for God is deep within ourselves.
  • See God in every one and treat others with compassion and understanding.
  • God dwells in his creation. Seeing the beauty in nature leads us closer to God.

    Dear All,

Knowing from Gurbani that Waheguru is in all of us then why do we lament on those who killed the Sikhs in 1984?

I suppose Waheguru was present in those who were killed and killers alike.

Could any one from the Sangat throw some light on this issue, if any or just a Tamasha of Waheguru as per Divine Will (HUKUM)?
