One Response to “VICHAAR – Sewa (Sdn. Jessi Kaur) 11:00 am Sunday December 4th, 2016 at San Jose Gurdwara”

  1. Waheguru Jee………..Very nice topic chosen indeed !!!!! I wish to share my view point as a saint soldier
without having achieved commercial excellence attitude in life for discussion during the upcoming session
on 04 DEC 2016.SEWA .Since as per philosophy of Naam it has three levels because we find that GURBANI
i.e. NAAM is higher than GOD.
NAAM/SHABD GURU PRAKASH is defined as enjoying Infinite bliss of love of truth inside our heart
since GOD is Infinite bliss of love of truth personified & has made his KINGDOM inside our spiritual heart.
GLIMPSE of this KINGDOM gives us SEHAJ state of heart as well as mind. Mind is the child of electron
size soul/energy or the GOD particle. Modern scientists have yet to discover it but it was discovered by
our ancient saints long ago !!!!! New definition of EGO has been as a state of mind/heart which has not
enjoyed the glimpse of Kingdom of GOD inside our spiritual heart .

Accordingly the first step of SEWA is to prepare ourselves to enjoy after bath SIMMRANN activity for
2.5 hours daily during ambrosial hours i.e. wef 0400 hrs to 0630 hrs . This act gives bliss to the mind
to invest our effort/duty in LOVE of Baba Nanak Jee as desired by him during the day time.. The
principles of divine love are embedded in philosophy of love of Naam.

The second step calls for doing our duty in service of organization at any level of responsibility with
wisdom of bliss of love of Naam during the day time to make both ends meet . This is also a true
aspect of sewa in love of Guru . This duty is soldiering aspect of gursikh’s personality .In addition to
it on week end one can do 16 types of sewa in the Gurudwara for a minimum of 2.5 hours . During
sewa WAHEGURU mantra simrann is important & it facilitates elimination of all kinds of pollution
to the mind created by the influence ego/five evils .

The third step of sewa calls for sharing DASWAND with GURU JEE’S golak or supporting Chardi
Kala Foundation since it is doing a great service to humanity . Daswand can also be shared with
saintly persons who do Naam japna & have been tasked for Naam jappaonna . Partly it can go to
Keertan kaars who sing in love of Guru & listening to them connect you to GURU. Ideal will be that
10 % of daswand should go to sewadar & granthi of Gurudwara.

Reading biography of the greatest saint of last millennium after Nitname is also equal to Naam
japna . For details kindly have a look at the blog posted on my website

AIM of submitting above feedback is not to boost my ego but share it with seekers of truth nor
is to disturb reader’s thought process ………………………..with divine love
