Sehaj – Equipoise, The Highest Spiritual State as it appears in Gurbani many times. “ਸਹਜੈ ਨੋ ਸਭ ਲੋਚਦੀ ਬਿਨੁ ਗੁਰ ਪਾਇਆ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥ “. Let us dwell on some of the questions that arise on this topic by taking help from Gurbani verses on this state of “Sehaj” – Why do we need Sehaj, Is Sehaj only required for mediation, Naam Simran? Can we achieve Sehaj while living our normal household life? What is our understanding of Sehaj Vs what Gurbani tells us from experience of Enlightened masters and SatGurus? Finally, what is difference between Sehaj as in Gurbani vs other meditations, Smadhis.
As always, we look for active participation by the Sangat in an environment that encourages interactive discussion.

It forces me to do a forecast that future of spreading the fragrance of bliss of love
Naam lies on the shoulders of female khalsa .
Commendable approach indeed !!!……………..CONGRATS.
However I wish to highlight my views based on experience & confirmed by Gurbani .
Mind is the child of electron size soul (Energy) .
In the first stage soul penetrates the mind while elephant size ego has been reduced
to zero in love of lotus feet of Guru Nanak .
Gurbani confirms , ” Mann tuun jyot saroop hain Aapna mool pachhan….”
It is now important to define the personality of GURU i.e. GURU GRANTH SAHIB
GURU/GOD has been defined as Infinite bliss of love of truth !!!!!!
GURU alone is the power to bless us NAAM DAAN .
NAAM is a state of feeling the JOY of Infinite bliss of love truth.
Second stage is the journey of soul from here to the spiritual heart . The
Kingdom of GOD is inside our self. Originally soul was in anatomical heart.
Once we (Soul) enter the Kingdom of GOD , the glimpse is so glittering that
we get blessed with SEHAJ awastha . This is the topic.One has conquered
his mind in this stage. Medical science has no knowledge about mind nor
about the kundalini powers connected with physical body !!!!
Without a GURU , one is grouping in the dark ……..kindly note.
What is happening in Sachhkhand Darbar ( Kingdom of GOD) ????
Japji Sahib describes clearly in the 37 th pauri i.e.
” Tithhey bhagat vassey kai loh Karr anand sachha mann soey….”
Here time ceases to exist . HOW ???
GURU is seated on his throne ( SINGHASAN) & males are seated on
his left side & females are seated on his right side with a simranna in their
fingeres while wearing white (creamish) dress.
Enjoying the glimpse of Kingdom is the purpose of life since it keeps you in
Sehaj i.e. fully focused during day time in doing your duty.( wef 0600 hrs to
2200hrs with rest brakes in between) .
Saint soldiering is a way of life as blessed by Guru Gobind Singh Jee to his
beloved son KHALSA. For physical excellence , kundalini powers are awakened.
Whereas we find today that the khalsa is living as soldier saint in old age
with a blissful commercial mind to do preaching. That is why we cannot explain
to seekers of truth of the western world nor create any impact in the world of
the importance of sikhism. .
It has taken me 45 years of research effort with constant trials to design a my
website foe the benefit of youth & posted 29 blogs .The first blog is taking an
” Injection of GOD’S Love” .
I humbly suggest that a cursory look on the blog headings will make it an
interesting affair to read the contents.
My AIM of sharing the information is not for ego boosting but is purely for seekers
