Dr. Kuldeep Singh will lead a discussion on “Sidh Gost”

Abstract:

Sidh Gost ਸਿਧ ਗੋਸਟਿ is a bani of enlightened dialogue between Guru Nanak Dev ji and Sidhas. It is one of the most interesting and challenging composition to reflect upon. It takes a constructive approach to help people gracefully and successfully face life’s hoary challenges. This bani is truly a masterpiece of Guru Nanak’s most sharp intelligence.

Written in a fascinating question and answer format, Sidh Gost is in Ramkali Raag and has 73 stanzas. Through our deep investigation of this stunning bani, the true way of living, dressing, yoga, and overall virtuous life philosophy will be revealed. Using a Socratic style of inquiry, we will come together to discover and open the innumerable dynamic dimensions of the sabda (divine word). During these sessions we will learn how to uplift our mundane mentalities into heavenly realms even while living the worldly householder/family lifestyle.

Let us explore more and celebrate Guruji’s birthday by knowing and understanding his divine messages revealed in Sidh Gost!

As Always, We  Look For Active Participation By The Sangat In An Environment That Encourages Interactive Discussion.
